We offer custom items tailored to your preferences. While you can find a list in the custom tab on our site, please note that the list is not extensive. Feel free to reach out to us using the enquiry form if you have something else in mind!

We use resin and polymer clay as our main medium. We also include a wide range of embellishments such as but not limited to, real flowers, glass, glitters, and rhinestones. We will always try to highlight the known materials used in our products, but please exercise caution as allergens may be present.

All pre-made items purchased through the shop will be shipped within 2-5 business days. For bespoke items, shipping times can vary and will be discussed prior to purchase.

We only ship within the UK at the moment, and we do not currently offer international shipping.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked 24 delivery for our express option, and InPost tracked delivery to your home as a Standard option. We will obtain contact information from you at time of order, so we can send you tracking information.

For bespoke orders, we may offer alternative methods of shipping, dependent upon your requirements and this will be discussed at time of order.

At L.C.Crafts, we adhere to standard consumer rights in the UK. Please note that our refund policy applies only in the event that an item is damaged through no fault of the customer. If you receive a damaged item, customers have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to contact us for a refund/exchange. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to process your return. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for items that are simply unwanted or if the customer changes their mind. Thank you for your understanding!

Generally, keep it clean and store it in a cool, dry place to maintain its quality. If there are any further special instructions, we will send instructions with your item.

To offer exceptional value to our customers, we use craft packaging, which allows us to keep costs low and pass those savings on to you. For pre-made items, costs are clearly outlined on our shop. For bespoke items, pricing is discussed individually and remains competitive.
